Dispute Resolution

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your access to consultation services will cease, though you retain access to previously provided materials for 90 days.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and all related services are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial regulations where services are provided.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Crysalorivent.
